Hip Hop releases

Hip-hop is a musical genre born early 1970s in the streets of the Bronx (borough of New York City). The genre is characterized by a rhythm accompanied by rap and vocals, and is strongly influenced by Disco music. During theses first years, the genre have incorporated substyles like rap, DJing, break dancing, graffiti and beatboxing. 

Short stories :
- Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five (creator of the hip hop term) was the first hip hop band to be introduced to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (2007).
- Outkast's album Speakerboxxx/The Love Below (2003) is the best selling album of the hip hop music industry with more of 11 billions of sales.
